• Heidi grew up in Arcadia and graduated DeSoto County High School in 2003
• She attended the University of Central Florida, graduated in 2007 with a B.S Hospitality Management (core focus in Restaurants and Events) and a Minor in Spanish
• Has worked in the restaurant business since 2005, and interned in college at Ice Magic, Orlando's go-to event décor company   
• After college, Heidi moved back to Arcadia to work for Turner Center and The Arbor, putting on such events as the Gary Allen Concert and Telemundo's Boxing.
• Began career at Laishley Crab House in June 2010
• Married in March of 2011 to Gerard and is looking forward to starting a family
• Ready to take events to the next level
