VICKY HUSSEY

Vicky Hussey has been a bookkeeper and public accountant for over 25 years. Mostly working in start-up companies, Vicky solidified the conversion from One Write or other manual systems to a computerized accounting system, specializing in theft auditing.

Vicky's bookkeeping and accounting expertise can be found in a slew of accounts, such as personal and trust accounts, land development, real estate, small cruise lines, lobster and fishing vessels, homeless shelters, condominium associations, doctor and law firm offices, commercial leases and rentals, and many more.

In 1993, Vicky was hired as the assistant to CFO for two Government Contracts through 1997. One contract with Warsaw, Poland through Great Union International needed Vicky's expertise in consultation in new law and agreements with business set-up. Secondly, Hearing Aids International had a contract with IAI (Istok Audio International, Moscow, Russia and Electone of Florida) and Vicky was expected to assist with the start-up of a westernized Hearing Aids Making Plant in Istok-Moscow, Russia from a former Nuclear weapons plant. With both contracts, Vicky's duties included, but were not limited to, the set up and implementation of the Government billing system, payroll and disbursal of Contracted monies overseas and the conversion from Dollars to Rubels.

Vicky also served as the training specialist to the Russian CFO and the rest of the staff in principles of westernized accounting and billing working closely with Deloit and Touche (one of the big 6 accounting firms in the U.S.) in the conversion to Sun Systems, which was a complex software program designed by the Pentagon to convert the Russian accounting system to a Westernized accounting system and vice versa. Vicky personally served as Controller in all audits performed monthly by D.C.A.A. (Defense Contract Audit Agency).
